This has to be my all time favorite episode of the Tulsa Police Street Stories Podcast. It’s also the episode, that sort of got us in trouble. It doesn’t put the cops, victims and perps involved – and indeed the city of Tulsa – in a particularly good light. But man, is this story funny. It has all the makings of an episode Law & Order, thugs, hookers, Johns, stolen cars, tow trucks… but with a comedic twist. Get ready to relive the antics of officer Jay and his dealings with disease-riddled prostitutes and midget sized gang members with afros the size of a wagon wheel (I am making this up as I go) peddling around on a toddler bike. This one originally hit the streets on April 24, 2007.

THIS ONE IS IN DUTCH – Brisbane (waar ik woon) zit weer eens in lockdown. Het is maar voor drie dagen, dus dat valt eigenlijk wel mee. Maar ja, daar denken de paniek-hamsteraars wat anders over. Zodoende is er nog voor de lockdown goed en wel is begonnen, geen plee-papier meer te vinden. Daar heb ik niet zoveel last van. Ik koop sinde de vorige ISO mijn toiletpapier in bulk. En laat ik nou net vorige week weer es 48 rolletjes hebben gekocht! Ik mag deze week geen eigen uitzending doen, want lockdown en de studio is dicht. Maar SBS, die vanuit Melbourne uitzenden, die gaan wel gewoon door. En laat ik nou de Queensland correspondent zijn. Ze wilden weten hoe het zat met mijn voorraad. Nou be deze dus!
