Hello and welcome back to history in the making! Or rather… remaking. Today I give you The Skinny White Boy Kastpod episode 2. Originally published on June 9 in the year of our Lord 2005. Music from Ndromeda, The Dynamo’s Rhythm Aces and Mr. Pink and the Fuzzy Wigglies. None of these acts seem to have survived the MySpace-era. David Letterman survived a bit longer but he is gone now too. This show is inexplicably Letterman-themed. In this Episode I do a stupid top 10, we hear from Wanda Wisdom and David Letterman’s historical monologue after returning to air only days after the attacks of 9/11. Enjoy! UPDATE: STOP THE PRESSES! Ndromeda has a facebook page. Still active after all those years! It’s HERE!

zOMG! I am so zooper excited to be resharing this with the world! The very first episode of the Skinny White Boy Kastpod, back into your ear canal! RAWK. Now that we have the juvenile nonsense out of the way, this was my first attempt at a podcast. Raw, in your face and infantile. With music by Megaphone (YouTube link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9e6ANGD5wBg) and historical audio from Thomas Watson. Yes, THAT Thomas Watson!  Sit back, Relax… While we are doing it to you in your eardrum! This thing was originally released on the 2nd of June 2005.

Tulsa Police

Possibly my proudest radio moment, when the BBC World Service decided to make a documentary from the podcast about Tulsa Police Officers that I helped create. This officially aired (Worldwide!) in 2009.

A midget street thug on a kiddy bike. Incompetent thieves who resort to stealing air-conditioning units. A woman too drunk to notice a police car heading towards her with all lights flashing.
These are just some of the criminals and junkies, the faithful and forlorn encountered by one police officer cruising the streets of one Midwestern US city. But this policeman has an eye for the weird, an overdeveloped sense of humour and a talent for narrative.
Which is why Officer Jay Chiarito-Mazarrella created a cult following for his “Street Story” podcasts, vivid vignettes of his work for the Tulsa Police Department. In “24 Hours in Tulsa,” we hear the best of the Street Stories, giving us a fresh, funny and sometimes downright scary insight into policing from the horse’s mouth.

Jordy & Daniel
